Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you will receive the exact same spice product as shown in the images. All photos on our website are taken from our original batches so that you know what you’re ordering. We ensure that the color, texture, and packaging match the displayed product.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email with your invoice and order details. You can also log in to your account on our website and download your receipt anytime from the “My Orders” section.

How can I return an item?

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect spice product, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Go to our “Returns & Refunds” page, submit the form, and our support team will assist you quickly.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we restock our fresh spice batches regularly. If a product is out of stock, it will usually return within 3–7 days. You can click on “Notify Me” on the product page to get an alert as soon as it becomes available again.

 

Where can I ship my order?

We deliver all over India, including metro cities and remote locations. During checkout, simply enter your pin code to check delivery availability. International delivery will be added soon.
